28 January 2012 : West Allotment Celtic 3 v 2 Alnwick Town
Alnwick conceded very late into 7 minutes of stoppage time to suffer defeat away at West Allotment Celtic.
Alnwick took a 0-2 lead thanks to 2 goals from Jon Colley, and although Celtic pulled a goal back before half time to make it 1-2, they were still comfortable at this stage.
2nd half Celtic equalised, and the game then went end to end, Iredale hitting the post for Alnwick, and Brooks making a couple of important saves to keep the game level.
A draw looked on the cards until additional stoppage time was found from somewhere, and Celtic grabbed a late winner to deny Alnwick a point from the game.
Great effort from the lads who deserved to come away with something from the game, Hopefully they can get the events from today out of their system and look forward to the Benelovent Bowl quarter final against Killingworth next weeked.
